Skyparkandride Airport Parking
BOOKING AGREEMENT
Sky Parking Services, trading as Skyparkandride, undertake to act only as an agent for various named airport parking suppliers operating locally at the UK Airports and each individual parking supplier and or car park are responsible for all vehicles parked and in their care.
BOOKING CONTRACT
Your parking contract is made with the parking supplier concerned and subject to their terms and conditions. The individual parking supplier will generally accept responsibility for its own negligence where proven. It will not accept responsibility for the acts of any third party and neither will it accept responsibility for your car or anything in it, which is covered by any other insurance policy. Each parking supplier's terms and conditions are exhibited at each car park or are available on request.
Parking suppliers will accept no liability, if you do not notify them of any loss or damage to your vehicle before you leave the car park.
Parking suppliers may require you to use alternative car parks to the ones indicated, particularly at peak periods.
It is important that you keep your parking receipt safe whilst on holiday. Parking suppliers may only release your car on production of this receipt or payment of the appropriate amount.
The majority of the car park products / services on offer by Skyparkandride will be located away from the Airports unless otherwise indicated. Skyparkandride accept no responsibility for customer’s claims for refunds that this information is not openly displayed on the website and the terms and conditions.
Bookings for on-airport car parks, car parks situated at hotels and car parks where you are not required to leave your keys, cars are parked at owner’s risk.
Skyparkandride cannot be held responsible and will not accept liability in any circumstances where performance of the contract is prevented by reason of war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions etc.
In making your booking you have agreed to be bound by Skyparkandride Terms and Conditions.
You will be required to leave your vehicle keys with the car park staff for all bookings unless otherwise informed or indicated at time of booking.
Please ensure you enter the correct details for Chauffeur Meet and Greet or Valet Parking Bookings as any input errors resulting in company drivers being kept waiting or late arrivals by clients may result in a £10 administration charge, payable to the driver locally.
Customers must ensure that the vehicle they leave with the car parking company is in a roadworthy condition with valid road tax and current MOT if applicable. The car parking companies Chauffeurs drivers are fully insured by the company to drive your vehicle on the public highway.
Hotels, Airport Lounges, Cheap Flights, Holiday Search, and Travel Insurance are provided and covered respectively by:- Holiday Extras / APH / Superbreak & other as indicated.
Park and Ride / Self Park Parking Services:
Please ensure you have directions to your car park, booking ref and the car park telephone number, and details of the entry and exit procedures for the car park. This is all available on your booking voucher. It is your responsibility to obtain valid directions before departing for the car park -- any missed bookings, flights or other problems arising from the customer’s failure to obtain valid directions will not be recompensed.
Chauffeur / Meet and Greet / Valet Parking Services:
Please ensure you have the chauffeur’s telephone number, and details of arrival procedure as stated on your booking voucher. It is your responsibility to obtain this information before departing for the airport - any missed bookings, flights or other problems arising from the customer’s failure to obtain this information will not be recompensed.
Cancellations and Amendments
All bookings have a £1.75 booking fee which is non refundable.
All booking cancellations made the day of travel will be charged in full. Contact us at least 2days (48hrs) to cancel and receive a full refund. Inside the 2days (48hrs) you will be charged £10.00 for administration
Parking Vouchers
A Parking voucher will be issued to each Skyparkandride customer before departure from the UK. This voucher is a pre-paid voucher and must be presented to the parking supplier on request unless otherwise instructed.
There are no credit card surcharges and all bookings include 17.5% VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Prices
Seasonal price fluctuations may occur although the best prices will always be made available.
Large Vehicles
Any vehicle larger than an MPV or Transit vans or trailers etc may not be accepted or incur additional charges. Please contact us for further information.
Complaints
Complaints should be made in writing to Skyparkandride where ever possible, alternatively email us skyparkandride@yahoo.co.uk or call 0844 415 4808.
